If I cannot find a court brief on Lexis, would it be anywhere else? Any other sites to look on?

Westlaw also has PDFed versions of pleadings and briefs -- though not nearly as extensive as PACER.

Looks like I have to register for Pacer, it's free I'm assuming?

Edit: looks like I need special access or something, so I won't be able to get the brief I am looking for.
