I'm about to smash my head into the keyboard trying to figure out how to play with margins to format a complaint in Word. Legal writing is no problem, but operating microsoft office without a pleading template is failure.

Anyone know of any complaint templates that actually work, or a webpage that explains how to format a complaint correctly?

Are you talking about formatting the style of the pleading? Just use the columns feature. Center the §'s in the middle column. Make the center column skinny. You may have to uncheck the "Equal Column Width" box.
