Top Law Schools

Finalizing my schedule here, and wondered what people's thoughts were.

Evidence... really useful? Perhaps. I'm just not sure I want to take it. But practically everyone seems to. Still, that's not a good reason to take it. Those of you who have taken such a class; what do you think? What's it like in general?

Also, similar thoughts about Trusts and Estates would be welcomed.

Evidence is extremely useful imo.

Very useful if you want to litigate. It's also on the mbe, so it's not a waste if you don't end up in litigation. If you want to clerk, it's a good idea to take it.

Trusts and estates... Meh. Maybe it's on the bar in your state, but it's only useful in practice if you want to do that type of work.

Trust and Estates is a must take in my opinion. It is on practically every bar exam, and to be quite honest, it has been the most practical and fun class I have taken in law school thus far. I had no intentions of doing that kind of law going into the class, ended up absolutely loving the course. Highly recommend it, it is a type of law that is useful to everyone (even if you don't practice it, which most do not).
