Already have my 1L grades. No C's.

Civ Pro: Feeling decent.

Contracts: Booked.

Crim: Praying for a B.

Torts: Wait till Thursday...

Mine come out on the 5th. We already have some epic drinking planned for that night.

If your grades dont come till late are you guys just applying with resume and cover letters that state that grades will be available upon request once they are into the law school.

Last year, I used this:

"I will promptly forward my law school transcript after first semester grades are posted."

Checking in. I nailed Crim law and Civ Pro. Contracts I ran out of time before fully covering last topic, but it did get quick coverage. Not sure how that will pan out. Lot of folks didn't even identify the issue so I feel a little better about that.

Torts is coming up and then the month long wait for grades. I'll take the public thrashing if I don't get the A's in crim law and civ pro.

Fucking crushed my Ks exam. Ready to be completely shamed when grades come back.

I predict this thread will slowly digress into a pile of miserable and suicidal posts by the end of December.

I've REALLY been talking up my contracts exam. Anything under an A- and I will get a LOT of shit from people in my section.

hahaha the wait sucks. it's worse than waiting for the LSAT. then you get to wait for callbacks/rejections/offers for OCI, which was worse than waiting for 1L grades. enjoy this.

I like how my standards slowly changed throughout the exam period. At first I told myself "All I want is top third", then it became "Please just be above median," and now it's "for love god just don't give me the lowest grade in the class."

Anything lower than an A in any of my classes and I will be dropping out.

i thought after my last final (today) this sinking feeling/ knot in my stomach would go away, but it's still there... probably will be through mid January

What a crazy K's exam. Most questions had strict 100 word limit, and there were a number of questions with a 25 word limit. I feel like I put down the conservative, go-to argument way too often and didn't manage to distinguish myself. I don't think I did poorly, because I feel like I put out a pretty good response to everything. But its really hard to distinguish when your answers are limited to 4 or 5 sentences at most.
