Circumstantial Evidence for Conspiratorial Agreements MPC

Hello!
I think its pretty clear that under the Common Law circumstantial evidence can be used by the prosecution to establish the actus reus of a conspiracy (in jurisdictions where no overt act is required), but does anyone know if this is also true under the Model Penal Code?
