For crim law I had Dressler, and for Civil Procedure I have Glannon. And the world was perfect. Contracts just made sense to me didn't use an external guide.

Any exceptional Torts books help you out?

If it makes a difference I have the Prossor casebook.

Did you not use Glannon for torts too?

This is the first time Ive seen that one. Does Glannon make torts as easy as he did civ pro? That would be sheer awesomeness.

I didn't really read Glannon that much for civ pro, but his torts book is, to understate, amazing.

Agreed. Everything about that book is helpful. I read it cover to cover in the 2 weeks leading up to yesterday.

Seconded the rec for Glannon's torts book.

Although most of the "Examples" were damn near useless for me. They were all based on cases we had covered throughout the semester, so they didn't really present me with new applications of the law.

Yeah, get the torts E&E. Well worth it. It taught me torts this semester.
