Sage wisdom, this is.Aqualibrium wrote: If that was your last exam, go to a bar, line up a tequila shot for each exam, and then down em (no chaser). If it's not your last exam, rest and get ready for the next one.
This. Often the A+ goes to a person who would barely get a passing grade if this were an undergrad exam. Relax, rest up, and make good things happen.Aqualibrium wrote:This is stupid. Opera, you are the sole beacon of optimism and hope on these boards right now.OperaSoprano wrote:This. That's because I came to law school knowing my own father expected me to fail. Instead, I met amazing people who taught me how to handle exams, stress, and my life in general (read the first stickied post in this sub-forum, if you haven't yet). Many of these people were on TLS, and they just assumed I was competent, despite my own feelings to the contrary. Because of their help, I did what I needed to do, and any wisdom I gained from them I wanted to pass on. I made it through the darkest, shittiest parts of 1L, and so will everyone reading this! The people who helped even in small part (there were too many to name!) know who they are, and the lessons are never forgotten.beach_terror wrote:Opera, you are the sole beacon of optimism and hope on these boards right now.OperaSoprano wrote:This. 3% max A+
20% max A/A-
65% max A+ all the way down to B-
the rest are Cs, Ds, and Fs.
This is a pretty typical law school curve. Median ends up ~2.85.
Me, right now:OperaSoprano wrote:This. Often the A+ goes to a person who would barely get a passing grade if this were an undergrad exam.
