SofTest/Examsoft native to Mac

Has anyone taken a final yet on SofTest for the Mac yet? I have a PC laptop that I could use for exams but I prefer my Mac. Just wondering if anyone is encountering any bugs or had any problems, or if the software ran well on the Mac?

I took a practice exam on it yesterday. At the very beginning, it was freezing up on me and taking a while for words to show up. But after that, it was fine. I'm still debating whether to use BootCamp or not.

My school uses SoftTest, I have taken three exams on it for my MacBook Pro with no problems.

FWIW, the only Examsoft horror stories I've ever heard have been on PCs.

SofTest is a breeze on a Mac. The exam I took so far though using it: not so much.

This. +100

SofTest was great. I switched from boot-camp version, so I have a little experience to compare the two. It's so nice to be able to use the keystroke shortcuts that are native to macs (like command+r arrow to get to the end of a row). Plus, no rebooting, and my trackpad doesn't screw up the window scrolling like bootcamp did.

Never used ExamSoft.

Eh, good point. Just finished a tax exam, not paying too much attention to anything right now.

Ha no worries, I was so brain dead yesterday that I slipped on ice and may or may not have broken my arm. Spectacular. Not graceful at all either. Go me.

Mehhhhh I'm a trooper, it'll heal. I can still type, probably just a bruised bone really. I promise to go if it gets worse though.

It has worked fine. *knocks frantically on wood*

One issue I had was when they issued the update, apparently you had to take a survey and upload it. I didn't (and neither did most mac people, apparently) and it ended up causing file name glitches. My Property exam was labeled Torts, my K exam was labeled Crim, etc.

Thanks everyone. I feel pretty confident about using the Mac then.
