Civ Pro final in a couple of hours...
Just one quick question: For Erie if you have a Fed practice vs State law then you should use Byrd/Hanna I. If you have FRCP vs. State law then you use Hanna II. And finally if you have Fed law vs. state law then you use the arguably procedural test (Glannon)? Not sure if I have all of these right...
