Strong policy focus not BLL?

Is anyone else's school just really really policy focused? Most of my exams seem all about the policy and compared to most people on TLS I just seem to know very little law. Am beginning to freak out a bit because it seems like this is ALL of my exams. (At least 50% of each exam is policy). Anyone else at HYSCCN is the same boat?

I'm trying to work out whether it is worth trying to plug the gap (with a few days to go) with an E&E or just trying to get my rationales down so I can just back up whatever I make up in the exam.

Plug the gap with an E&E, old outlines, or whatever else you have time for. You may be setting yourself up as a victim for your professor's cruel hide-the-ball games.

Sigh. I think so too. Just do not have time for this.

If you "know very little law", a policy exam is exactly what you want.

As long as my professor is ok to hear about the development of a rule, then I'm game.
