Read some old exams if they are available. Otherwise just line up opposing parties and argue the case. For everything you disagree with write "the majority holds that..." Maybe she wants a little more public policy arguments. Memorize some canned policy arguments "reasonable person test vs strict liability" or whatever you think is really simple and going to be widely applicable.

1. It's blue.
