Torts Issue Spotter - Is one available? Crunchtime?

My torts final is going to be very issue-spotting intensive. I've got an outline, but I haven't made a good issue spotter checklist yet, and I was hoping to look at somebody else's as a starting point.

Does anybody know of one available online? I've heard good things about the Crunchtime flow charts... anybody have a positive experience there?

Best thing I used was the following issue spotting device for torts I:
ABC FITT which stands for:
Assault
Battery
Conversion
False Imprisonment
Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress
Trespass to Land
Trespass to Chattels

Then all you have to do is look for the above and come up with any defenses that you learned. Sometimes, you just get points for seeing that one is at issue since torts tends to be a racehorse exam.

Hope this helps.

Those are all intentional torts, what about negligence, strict liability, etc.?
