Blue Book Citation for Depositions

I'm trying to cite to a deposition in my legal writing paper. B10 of the Bluebook (pgs. 19-22 of the 18th edition) provides examples of depo citations: "Smith Dep. 27:4-28:2." The Bluebook does not explicitly indicate what the numbers refer to.

Can anyone confirm that the example provided means: Smith deposition [page] 27, [paragraph] 4, through [page] 28, [paragraph] 2?

It looks like you need the 19th edition, my friend.

In case anyone was wondering, it is: "Smith Dep. [page#]:[line#]-[page#]:[line#]."
