Seems way to short if it includes case briefs. My outline has minimal references to cases (professor basically told us she does not expect us to know case names, just the rules from the cases....and fact comparisons won't hurt).


We covered intentional torts, negligence, and some strict liability (part of negligence). My outline is about 10 pages.

im making my outline today but looking for a previous students outline to check facts and stuff - problem is that no one had our prof last year and no one used epstein, and i cant find a good outline - do you (or anyone) happen to have a decent one that i could check mine with?
