Who cares whether its versatile? You go to law school to become a lawyer. Going for any other reason and not getting a job is the fault of the student, not the degree.

Who cares whether its versatile? You go to law school to become a lawyer. Going for any other reason and not getting a job is the fault of the student, not the degree.
As pointed out, there is one very limited exception to this rule.
