I have my crim law final in about a month, and I know it's crunchtime. I'm a little nervous for this exam as I probably know the least material in this class. Any tips for studying? I have Dressler already.

a canned outline like Crunchtime or Legalines is probably a good place to start if you feel overwhelmed. get the basic concepts there, then read Dressler for more detail.

I'm scared for contracts. Material we're going to be tested is unlike that found in other courses. Philosophers, theories, etc. WTH?

What are the concepts you're covering for the final?

thank god its not in class...I had a mental freak out, and it didnt even count. I can imagine what will happen to me on the two in-class finals.

B's are below median at BLS? What's your curve based on, 3.1?

Wait what? B might be below median as in 3.0 is below the 3.1 overall median, but a B in a class is most likely median for that class. Unless your professor give out something like B.34's.

B+ is median at bls...B is 55% to 65%..not sure which side of the loser spectrum Im on

either case sucks because its below median

wait what do you mean? I thought the grades we get in classes are based on the school's curve? So if a B+ is median for the school then the median in any class will be B+ too?
How can a professor have a B median when the school has a B+

That's right then, so BLS curves to a 3.25?
