Before the prof reduces my grade and/or excludes me from taking the final?

He takes attendance every class, and there are a total of 14 classes throughout the whole semester worth 2 credits.

I've missed 3 classes so far... Anyone dare to venture a guess?

Are you skipping? Stop.

I would say 2-3. Ask him, but you better have a good reason for missing.

Well I skipped 2 classes because I didn't feel like going... the third time I didn't go because I wasn't feeling well.

I was just hoping that nobody here thought that what I've missed so far sounds bad already. I'm going to the rest of my classes come hell or high water... I definitely don't want to risk something stupid happening.

I think you've reached the limit.

I have a friend who has skipped close to 30 total classes in law school already. This isnt undergrad, if you are skipping classes because you "dont feel like going", maybe this isnt for you. Harsh but true.

I've already skipped 14 classes this semester alone...

Mind you I made Dean's List last year, so your "maybe this wasn't meant for you" spiel obviously is false.

You're asking TLS 1L's about how many classes you can skip and you are (presumably) a 2L that made Dean's List last year? Good story.

I believe the ABA requires attendance for 75% of classes, so in your case you could technically only miss 3. But your professor may have a different policy.

You won't skip 10 more classes this semester...
