Is there anywhere I can look to find the Restatement in laymans terms. Maye like I concise few word explanation,

Look in the comments of the restatements, they take the harder concepts and make them more plain.

I think you should try to understand it on your own. The problem with laymen's terms is that they are necessarily an over simplification- you are leaving out terms of art and replacing them with terms that don't quite have the exact same meaning. Therefore if you just use laymen's terms you may be missing out on some of the meaning/misinterpreting an element etc.

Also, um, i think if you want to be a lawyer, you should probably be able to understand the restatements... not saying im perfect at it or anything... but.. ahh... yeah.

I tend to agree. The law itself is complicated. You can only "dumb it down" so much before you start misstating or oversimplifying it. The Restatement is probably as straightforward as it will get, so suck it up. If you are still struggling, E&Es may help.

If the Restatements are confusing you, you probably need more words, not less. Make sure you're reading the notes and commentary for the rules you struggle with, they can be very helpful.
