Yeah, we just finished estates and I found that I am having trouble labeling them correctly. Signed on to CALI lessons last night, and they seem pretty good.

I highly recommend Possessory Estates & Future Interests Primer by Peter T. Wendel. It's basically the same as the Laurence and Minzier book but includes far more problems to practice with.

Was this a required book or did you pick it up as a supplement?SeymourShowz wrote:I highly recommend Possessory Estates & Future Interests Primer by Peter T. Wendel. It's basically the same as the Laurence and Minzier book but includes far more problems to practice with.

Picked it up as a supplement, but it was recommended by my professor. It's really good.bleedcubbieblue wrote:Was this a required book or did you pick it up as a supplement?
