What is the most boring 1L subject?

I think these are the typical 1L courses for pretty much everybody. Contracts is like stirring concrete with my eyelids and like listening to a drone in class. What do you find to be the most boring and why?

I like Legal Writing... I call it the only practical class I'm taking this year.
Legal Research is my pick, but it wasn't in the poll so I went with contracts. My legal research class takes about six hours a week... and it is a one credit class... it is a huge waste of time.
Contracts is extremely boring. Depending on what you're covering (I'm thinking of mens rea), criminal law can be boring. I haven't had a dull day in torts yet.

Most boring is civil procedure. Worst/most painful/most fucking annoying is appellate brief

I think this depends entirely on your teacher.
My Torts/civ pro teachers are awesome.
That leaves contracts.
LWRAP isn't exciting. But it's so interactive I can't really call anything about it "boring".

contracts is actually my favorite class. but my contracts prof is pretty stellar. my civ pro teacher - not so stellar. it's going to be the class that breaks me.

Civ Pro is def not an exciting subject, BUT being that it is teaching you how to move through the courts, how to sue somebody, get jurisdiction, etc.., it is pretty cool. I think if you ace Civ Pro and Legal writing and truly get the benefit of those 2 classes, the knowledge of both combined will be very powerful when put into practice.

This depends, to an inordinate degree, on the Professor who's teaching the class. If I had any other Professor then the one I have, I'm fairly sure that Civ Pro would be a terribly boring class.

I hate Property. It's the most boring class on the planet. Fuck adverse possession.

I respectfully disagree. Civil Procedure is the worst. I don't mind property at all.

If you despise Legal writing and research, maybe you should reconsider being an attorney... this is 90% of what you will be doing in the real world.
