App. Brief Blue Book Question
If you are citing a book in an appellate brief, do you use small/large caps like you would in a law review footnote? Or do you underline/italicize the title of the book and keep the author info etc. normal font type?

The red text is correct. See the table in B1 (p. 3 in the 19th ed.), noting that small caps are never used in non-academic citation, and the examples in B8.1 (p. 23 19th ed.).Cunning Lynguist wrote:If you are citing a book in an appellate brief, do you use small/large caps like you would in a law review footnote?
