One Note help?

is there a way to format the entire notebook to have college ruled lines on it? I have to keep doing it for every page and its kind of annoying
For 2010 at least,
File --> Options --> Display --> Create all new pages with rule
OR
View --> Rule Lines --> Create all new pages with rule lines
But this won't change those pages you've already created.
