Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal

Post by Danteshek » Fri Sep 17, 2010 11:50 pm

I want to raise awareness of the Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal. A Loyola student founded the Journal in 2007. Currently in its fourth year, the Journal is a joint project of USC, Loyola, UCLA, Pepperdine law students (Southwestern is likely joining this year). Upper division students at these schools with a sincere interest in public interest, editing practitioner articles (mostly non-lawyers who work in public interest), and interacting with the public interest community in Los Angeles can apply now by contacting the General Managing Editor at your school. The application is due on Tuesday. First year law students can apply in the Spring. See the website here: http://www.lapilj.org/

Bookmarked. A couple of those articles look pretty interesting. Thanks for sharing.
