My property prof is policy heavy. What supplement provides the most policy oriented information/perspective? Usually Prof's policy explanations are in terms of the economic impact of Rulings/BLL.

If you're reading appellate courts, the proper term is "holding." Only trial courts give rulings. Understanding Property is pretty good. It explains property and its policy like my prof does. It doesn't have hypos or questions.

Totally agree: "Understanding Property" by Sprankling is good.... better than his casebook.
