Is knowing that there is" a good chance that harmful contact will occur" the same as knowledge with substantial certainty?
i think "a good chance" feels like you are maybe 70, 80% sure a harmful contact will occur, whereas "substantial certainty" is like... very close to 100%. definitely more than 90%.
its tough to say out of context. like if you leave some toys outside a door and someone walks out and slips and hurts themselves, i dont think it is substantially certain someone will come out and trip and hurt themselves, although there is probably a GOOD chance (like 70-80%).
