Top Law Schools

I need a commercial outline for Criminal Law that focuses on policy, or at least makes a good emphasis on it. I did a quick search, but found nothing but general recommendations.

Suggestions?

I'm not aware of any commercial outlines that gear themselves towards policy outside of Property.

Check out "Understanding Criminal Law" by Dressler. You'll get enough policy to feed a small army of journal authors in there.

Thanks. I'll see if we have it in the library. My understanding is that it's keyed to Dressler's textbook, which we're not using. Any other suggestions?

Look for the commercial outline by Peter Low, he does a good bit of discussion about the policy behind the law in his outline.

I didn't use Dressler's casebook either and still found it very useful, especially for policy arguments specifically.

Criminal Law was also my worst grade in law school by a letter grade. lol
