Top Law Schools

I am in class and I am already confused. Does anyone know of a good supplement for Biz Org/Corporations? Please it looks like it will be a very difficult semester without something to shed some light on the issue. I tried looking for it on this site, but it is not easy to find as I have seen a lot of similar requests but no real responses

Please I need your help. Thanks in advance for all suggestions.

The problem with corps is that it is a smörgåsbord of random subtopics. Different profs emphasize and cover completely different things. The corps I learned for the bar had absolutely nothing in common with the corps I learned in law school because different topics will emphasize.

Nevertheless, I'm surprised you are finding corps hard- most people find it to be pretty straightforward. Anything in particular troubling you?
