graded separately

i am going to take con law 2 and prof ethics in the last semester. Because we will graduate in early may the professors are going to grade 3Ls in these classes separately from the 2Ls and release the 3Ls grades first.
how will it likely affect the 3L grades? I guess I will be among the very very few who take these two classes right before graduation.... I am quite worried now to be honest.
