crim pro. then at least you have the option of seeking employment with the PD/DA office if you're having trouble finding a job. plus, in some jurisdictions you can get appointed by the court to represent indigent defendants--you don't want to get appointed and then have no idea what is going on, and maybe even risk getting disciplined for being incompetent. trusts and estates is the most boring course in the entire world. from what i'm told, what you need to know about it for the bar is learnable in 3 days of outline review and practice questions. just my $.009
