Has anyone bought books here?

I just got my book list today. I wish I had received it earlier. I've been scouring the internet for the 12th edition of Cases and Materials on Torts...and everyone is currently out of stock except for this place. I'm moving in a week so I'm nervous about ordering online and then the book doesn't get here before I move...and I have reading assignments due in 2-3 weeks. Any ideas where I can get this book if not here? Thanks!

Their "less" is like 2-3 bucks off of retail. Get your books on Amazon (and sign up for Student Amazon Prime, so you get 2 day shipping for free). Books cost WAY less there.

Prime only applies to books sold directly from Amazon. A lot of time used books are from third parities and they're not eligible for the Prime benefits.

If you're careful, you can almost always find someone selling used - like new books that ship directly from Amazon. I'm not sure about whether this qualifies as prime but it might.

Yeah, I found it on amazon...but they don't currently have it in stock, and it's not at all cheaper than just buying it from the bookstore or from the other third party sellers on amazon. I did get my other book fairly cheap on amazon though. Thanks everyone!

Did you check half.com?

Did you try bookfinder.com? Do the advanced search, put in the isbn, and it'll check all the sites for you automatically.

lawbooksforless has some books for decent prices. I found this contracts book there --LinkRemoved--, and it is currently out of stock at amazon and I couldn't find it for a better price anywhere else. Bookfinder.com couldn't find it, either.

Also, free fedex ground shipping on orders over $49, so that's pretty cool.

So I guess the answer is: If unable to find a book anywhere else, lawbooksforless is ok.
