no stalker/ debt collector or other. Its actually a work project that I have on the side of my other full time job (neither as collections). My part time employer is looking for possible interns for his business

Agreed, but assuming legitimacy, I should think your best bet is probably to contact the career services departments of Texas law schools and let them know he might have an opening, especially if it's a legal job.

Contact the career services office at each school. They will be more than happy to post an ad for an internship.

Or go to jdunderground.com if you want an actual lawyer. Plenty of unemployed ones on there.
