In USNWR the full-time enrollment at Harvard Law is listed as 1771. The number of faculty is listed as 105. The faculty/student ratio is listed as 11.0. My 5th grade teacher says 1771/105 ~ 16.87, i.e. not even close. What gives?

Looks like Harvard actually has more than 105 full- and part-time faculty. Not sure where USN&WR got their figure, but the ABA data suggest that the student to faculty ratio is accurate.

So not only is the USNWR methodology self-fulfilling, subjective, and and biased; it also just contains plain wrong numbers.
And people use this as a guide to make life-altering decisions.

Harvard is ranked where it should be, regardless of any discrepancy in the student/faculty ratio.

You shuTTT your filthy whore mouth! The rankings are GOD and nobody should ever choose a school based on regional placement, cost of attendance, or any personal factors.
