Does that bug anyone? Conflict of interest - shmonflict of shminterest, I'm in law school because I want to screw clients. By screw, I mean have sex with. I don't want to represent them because I'm screwing them. I want to screw them because I'm representing them.

1. Meet with your client
2. Screw your client that night
3. Start representing them in the morning
Therefore you cover all bases (pun intended)

There are duties to prospective clients, and screwing them after the consultation is probably not kosher.

Her tar suggests she's undead. Can the undead even be necrophiliacs?

Glad I'm going into law and not psychology- the rules are more relaxed!
But seriously, poor judgment along these lines can be an easy way to 'screw' your career...

oh, so it's cool if the sexual relationship occurs in order to commence the client-lawyer relationship. good to know.

There are duties to prospective clients. Moreover Comment [17] states that sexual relations between a lawyer and a client blur the line between personal and profession relations. This leads to a presumption that the lawyer is unlikely to be able to avoid abuse of her position of power. Therefore, I would not be surprised to see a court hold that having sex at the consultation is not cool. You could argue that the comments aren't law, but if you get this one wrong, you may lose your license.

I know of a lawyer who fucked his client in the middle of representing her as a plaintiff, learned she was bat shit insane as the case fell apart, but couldn't stop representing her for fear of malpractice.
If you really want to fuck a client, refer them to another attorney first.

A prospective client who is willing to have sex with their lawyer is probably only fucking them in order to gain some type of advantage over the lawyer. For example, they may be doing it in order to gain the leverage to make you violate the RPCs in some other fashion, or to make you discount their fees. If you refer the client to another lawyer, then you probably won't be fucking them.
EDIT: Mikey, since you're studying for PR right now (I assume), check out the PR Cali Lesson Questions and Problems. Under the remedial questions, check out number three:
Lawyer knows that applicant, a candidate for the bar, smoked marijuana occasionally during the three years while he was in law school. In fact, Lawyer has personally observed applicant smoking marijuana.
In fact, Lawyer has gotten high with applicant on multiple occasions.
