Hey guys!
I'm looking for a bit of advice. While I'm not trying to be a 1L nazi or gunner/supergunner this year, I think a bit of reinforcement of what I'm learning will help whenever I'm not in class or asleep.
Which CD/MP3 titles would be most worth the time/money to invest?

During my first semester I found that Barbri, or any bar prep lectures, were useful for torts. For Civ Pro, the Sum and Substance audio is very good. For Crim Law, Dressler has a Sum and Substance lecture. I didn't find anything good on property.
I didn't really study at all second semester, so I don't have any info about other classes.

Legal Writing: "Time is Running Out" [Muse]
Civpro: "We're Not Gonna Take It" [Twisted Sister]
Contracts: "The Pretender" [Foo Fighters]
Property: "No Parking (On the Dance Floor)" [Midnight Star]
Criminal: "I Fought the Law" [Sonny Curtis and The Crickets]
Torts: "Apologize" [Timbaland ft. OneRepublic]
Conlaw: "Real American" [Hulk Hogan theme]
You can thank me later.

I've only tried sum and substance series. Are the other mainstream audio series better, in your opinion?

I second Life of a Law Student. Look it up on iTunes. It is free and covers most 1L classes. Saved my ass in Civ Pro from certain cold call disaster.

Hey All.
I have found audio supplements incredibly helpful thus far to familiarize one's self with core concepts. I'd recommend them to any student who is willing to give them a listen in his idle time (in the shower, cooking, doing laundry, etc.)
I'm currently looking to trade audio supplements. I’d be willing to send electronically two of the titles I have in exchange for one of those that I am seeking. So even if you currently have them, here's a good chance to get three for the price of one. No gimmick, I'll send you one before you send me one, just to show I'm legit. I’m not very familiar with the TLS forum, so feel free to contact me through TLS or shoot me an e-mail at
BrooklynLawStudent@gmail.com.
Titles I currently have:
Aspen – Glannon Guide to Civ Pro
Civ Pro Sum & Substance
Civ Pro – Law School Legends – Freer
Sum & Substance – Torts
Sub & Substance – Crim Law
Law School Legends – Contracts
Sum & Substance – Property
Titles I am looking for:
Law School Legends – Torts
Sum and Substance – Contracts
Law School Legends – Property
Any title for Constitutional Law
Thanks!
