Best way to utilize Circus Ponies Notebook

First, for the trolls: Yes, I've searched TLS already. And yes, I've looked at the NB example on MLS. But as for my question....
For those of you who currently use Notebook, can you explain how you use Notebook in your different classes? For example, do you make notebooks for each class and then just make particular tabs for class notes, different cases and legal concepts, or do you have a notebook which contains all your cases and legal concepts?
I'm most likely about to purchase NB, but I want to get a good idea of how exactly to use it in LS before I do. Any inpur is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

In the second tab, I have a page for each day of class notes. These notes will include hypotheticals, general concepts, and so on (essentially, everything besides the specific case analysis that was in the prior section).
The third tab is my outline, which I start by having a separate page for each unit, but eventually mold / condense into one document by the end.
This worked very well for me, but I'm sure there are plenty of other ways to use it. It's a great program. I highly recommend it.
Very likely getting a Mac. OneNote addict, but thinking of switching to NB so I don't have to use Parallels or whatever. I think I'm going to use your method. Sounds concise and like it makes it easy to find anything you need to quickly. Thanks!!!

I've been playing around on a notebook demo on my gf's computer (getting a macbook in august), and I notice that there are no page breaks for regular note pages. Does anyone know if there's a way to insert breaks at letter-sized intervals (just thinking it might be easier to find information in my outline that way)
