i'm at 3.09 right now (with one class to come in). what is my current, approximate, class rank?

I'd estimate 66th percentile, so right at the top 1/3 cutoff

You aren't going to get a good approximation because the median and mean are so different. Top 1/3 is a good guess.

If my GPA has remained the same both semesters, should I expect my class rank to remain the same?

Specifically top 2%...do people in the top 10 of the class generally bounce out and in at the same rate?
