So my crim final is going to be all multiple choice and I was wondering if anyone knew of any supplements with lots of multiple choice to practice through (all I have for the class right now is Dressler, and the CALI is very "meh" when I checked). I heard the E&E has some at the end, but that's all I learned from my own research. My Legal Writing Instructor also mentioned some Lexis thing, but it was a while ago and I forgot what she was referring to .

Siegel's. I practiced with siegel's before my torts exam last semester and it was money. Bought it again for crim law, but I don't plan on opening it until a few days before the exam.

The Siegels book conflicts with some of the stuff in the Dressler casebook/hornbook regarding assumed jurisdictional variations. Otherwise, it's good.

As for the QA crim law, I think it's definitely one of the weaker ones of the QA series.

There will be tons of conflicts if you use supp flash cards/MC. Also criminal law multiple choice can be incredibly evil, assuming its closed book I would just memorize/flashcard as much of your outline as you can before the test rather then take random MCs. Trust me on this one. Look at a few multiple choice questions and work through them in your head if you must (as this only applies the law you have learned), but dont do a hardcore MC session and check your answers, you will only confuse/frustrate yourself. This method worked very well for me.

Ask your professor what the best source of similar MC questions would be if you haven't already (as im in CA professor pointed to a bunch of CA bar MC)

Ok thanks for the responses guys, looks like i'll be picking up those two books. eth3n you make a good point though, so maybe i'll concentrate on memorizing my outline first, and focusing on the particularities of what my professor said when it comes to discrepancies (yes it is closed book).

I also noticed that i'm going to have questions of the variety "which of the following is the most cogent argument...", and this definitely seems problematic for a law school test (seems very LSATish). These are where i'm hoping going through some practice questions at least helps me get an idea how to handle them.
