Property and Con Law Final that is 100% multiple choice

Post by 24secure » Tue Mar 23, 2010 9:08 pm

so, as the title says, my property and con law final is all multiple choice. do people think that there is a different way to study for this test or should I study for them as if they were an essay test (memorize outline, do practice problems)?

i'm terrible at law school multiple choice (it was on my civ pro exam) so this will not be a fun month.

Not so fast. My section at Michigan had a property final that was 80% multiple choice, and was originally all MC until the last minute addition of 2 short answer questions.

Yeah - that's more weird. Looks like you were right though.

You can get the Q&A supplements from Lexis. This seemed to help me on MC tests (at least, I think so). They're about 1600 Lexis points each and are 95% practice MC questions.

Finz is good for MC on all subjects. Siegel's Essay and MC usually have some good MC questions -- I found them very helpful
