While I believe the Glannon E&E is probably your best bet, I believe what you want with the Freer is the Intro to Law Series one.

If you're looking at paperbacks, you want the one with the black cover and, IIRC, red and gold type on it.

It's part of a series that covers a lot of first-year topics, so you should see more that look just like it.

I found Freer very helpful, and I was also using the Glannon E&E. Freer goes into a lot more depth than the E&E. If you feel like you're way behind in Civ Pro, go with the E&E. If you've got a firm grasp on the topic, do the E&E questions, but use Freer for his deeper analysis of the subject. For some issues, like (IIRC) Subject Matter Jurisdiction, I found the E&E cursory and vague and relied heavily on Freer to fill in the gaps.
