Dead Like Me (Underrated Show with Torts Implications)

1. This is a sweet show. Why aren't they making more seasons.
2. The activities of Gravelings, were they revealed (or if they existed) would have serious implications on negligent torts. For example: dudes are looking for gas leak, guy throws down cigarette (who knows about potential leak), but Gravelings pick it up and throw it toward the gas leak. Would cigarette guy be implicated in a civil wrongful death claim? Probably! Throwing that shit is negligent without a doubt, but the proximate cause is most obviously the Gravelings! The cigarette would not have been close enough to the gas leak without their help.
3. I am a complete dork, with too much time.
