Career Ruined?

I go to a t25 school. got B+ in every class.

does this resign me to a life at the Public Defender's office?

I'd get the Popov now, but hold off on the .45

No, you are not doomed. Presumably, you schools curves to a 3.0. You are 0.33 points about the curve. This likely places anywhere in the top 30 - 40%.

Yes, you are doomed. lol. Kidding aside, you're fine. People (i.e. me) would die to have a B+ gpa. you're already ahead of the game imo. Plus, if you want to do better, you can always shoot for straight A's next sem.
