Top Law Schools

I go to Cardozo and after the first 19 credits (May Student) I have about a 3.7 (10th percentile mark). Is it worth it to attempt to transfer anywhere?

It would only really be worth it to transfer to T14, but you have a real shot at most of them.

Probably not. What are the rules for getting on Law Review at Cardozo? If you can do that, you're 100% better off staying at Cardozo. Otherwise it's still probably like 80-90% IMO, you're not trading up enough to make up for the trouble.

Top 10% make law review. Any shot at NYU? My wife attends NYU law, but I doubt that really matters.
