Transferring out of T4?

I am at a Tier 4 School in the Northeast and after first semester, received a 3.65 gpa. Our School has a B curve, so based on previous numbers it should put me in the Top 10% of the class. I was wondering what, if any options i would have if looking to Transfer, or if it would just be worth it to stay where i am and try to get more scholarship money. I would prefer to stay in the NY area, but would keep any options open. Thanks for any advice.

You are probably looking at being able to transfer to a T1 school, but I don't know how high you can go. I know someone who transferred to my law school (UCD) from a T4 with grades similar to yours.

Are you on scholarship at your current school? This will be a relevant consideration. St. John's and Cardozo are not very impressive sounding names. If you pack on an extra 80k of debt to attend these schools, it might not pay off in the end.

I have a small scholarship of 8,000 per year. I worked a few years before law school, so i am borrowing for tuition only and am paying living expenses out of my own pocket, but am still looking at having about 90k in loans when i graduate. The scholarship was contingent on remaining in the top 33%.
