Apartment in Houston available for short term lease

Hi all. I am an alum of UH Law (class of 2008) and would be happy to answer any questions from any of you about my experience there.
I am currently looking for someone (preferably a law student) to sublease my one bedroom apartment through the end of December. It is in a fantastic area (Upper Kirby) within walking distance to Whole Foods and a ton of restaurants/bars/shops. My apartment is about 800 square feet and has its own private gated yard area.
