Hey everyone! I'm a rising 2L transferring out and I'm looking for someone to take my spot in a house in Lexington. The location is good (25 minute walk/five minute drive from the law school), the house has four bedrooms and is really nice (it has a sun room and a LARGE basement), and the rent is only $315 a month + utilities. The other housemates are three rising 2L guys.

I'd be willing to cover the security deposit (which has already been paid) and August rent. If anyone is interested, shoot me a private message and we can discuss it further.
