1L curriculum issues as a transfer?

Hi all -
I'm a current 1L and ended my first semester with a 4.0, CALI'ed in Legal Writing. I'm currently at a T3/T4 and trying to put together a list of schools to apply to as a transfer. I'm reluctant to believe I have a chance at a T14, but maybe I'm just holding myself back. Undergrad GPA is 3.6, LSAT was 154 (kind of took it on a whim, which I regret).
One thing I am especially concerned about - my 1L curriculum is a little different from most schools (we do con law and criminal law in 2L) and I'm wondering if that will hurt my chances. Does anyone have any insight on this? Would the transfer school just allow me to take any classes I don't have or will they just outright not accept me?
Thanks!
