Unsure, I just peaked at some old threads to see if there were any patterns, but there didn't really seem to be any. I think it's possible the first round of acceptances go out this week, but I think it's more likely to be next week. When it first goes under review, the “Current Status” changes to “Application under review.” The “Current Status Date,” right underneath, will change— this is the date of UR1. Still UR2 as well....hopefully we hear something this week. Not entirely sure on the UR1-4 thing. I tried to decipher it based on last year's boards, but I couldn't.

From what I understand, when your status is "Under Review", each time your date updates, it's a new "UR". In the past, most admits went through 2 or 3 date changes. It seems like the date changes every time the admissions committee looks at your file. Past threads have said that UR3 = fringe candidates (on the fence). However, this was just people guessing, and the date changes might mean absolutely nothing (or something else).
It doesn't really mean anything. We're all just anxious applicants watching the seconds hand on a clock tick by. Any sign the clock is still moving is welcome. It just shows they were back on your profile again. UR is "Under Review" the # associated with it is just how many different dates the UR status date has been changed.

UR3 just means that your application went under review a third time, which you can tell by a date change. From what I have read, no one actually knows for sure what the UR1-4 mean. Some folks think it may be that once you hit UR3/4 you are a close call being compared against applicants with similar stats, especially applicants from your current school. No idea, though!
