I've been checking out the 509 reports for UVA and noticed they accept very few transfers. Is it worth it to send in an application? My school is geographically close to the area and I have a 3.88 from a T1.

I admittedly know nothing about UVA and am currently in the transfer cycle myself, but I would say it is worth it. A $120 charge is worth it for the possibility of going to UVA and if you strike out, you are likely to get accepted higher up the T13. I would apply to every T13 you would be comfortable attending personally, that includes Harvard. Also, the costs of transferring in general should make an application fee/time spent sending an application a non-factor hahaha
