No one from my school does, but I also don't think they apply. But it also doesn't look like either school is taking T3/T4s based on 509.Pennoyer v. Class rank for fall was #2. No Mando P/F for spring, but optional. So far I have 2 A+ one of which was a high paper. Hoping the other grades come in strong too. No mando P/F for the Spring Semester? Where are your LoRs from?

Is it overkill to submit all 4 papers? I was also wondering if I should ask the prof I got high paper in for a letter and swap it out for the fall dean since I suspect his could have been more generic since he tried to discourage me from transferring and had his assistant do it.
Needing all the help I can get is exactly what I was thinking. One of the strong ones was from Spring semester, luckily. Employment one is a must - I suspect schools want to see that you are employable.
2 of your Law School Profs sound strong; one sounds somewhat "meh", so maybe toss that aside if the assistant did it.
So as of now, I'd submit the three strongest ones and if you can get a strong fourth from the Spring semester, then go that route; if not, roll with what you got (NYU only allows three anyways).
I'm hoping to stay top 3-5 students (currently #2) and fingers crossed for staying above 4.0. 50/50 is a shot I'm willing to take. Didn't even have a chance applying first round. I do think you have a chance, although because there's not really any kind of pipeline from your school to either Columbia or NYU, you may face a disadvantage. If you're at or above 4.0 (or, say, still top 3-5 students) when the chips fall, I think your chance at getting into at least one school is about 50/50.
