3.59 Gpa at a TT(90-95 ranked) in philly with an optional pass/fail this semester. Incase my gpa doesn’t increase and I end up going pass/fail, what are my chances for transferring to Penn? Is it worth putting in an app?

I think your odds are fairly low unless you can get your grade point up to at least a 3.7, but I admittedly do not know a lot about the Penn transfer process as it is not known as a big transfer school.
